9D Breathwork is a transformative practice that goes beyond traditional breath-work techniques.Guiding participants through a deep & multi-dimensional journey of self-discovery & healing, by accessing different layers of consciousness. 9D breath-work helps release emotional blockages, reduces stress & enhances mental clarity. After a session participants often report a feeling of profound sense of inner peace, increased energy levels & greater connection to themselves & the world around them. April 12, Release & Restore-A Day Retreat of Self-Care

This day of self-care is a 4 hour journey designed to melt away tension & nurture your well-being.

Set in the serene Sacred Dream Lodge, this experience includes a guided rolling workshop, a restorative yin yoga session with hands-on adjustments & massage then a deeply soothing sound bath featuring a drum wash, crystal bowls, chimes & tuning forks.
